Your first month is refundable.
If we’re not the right fit inside your first 30 days, your initial payment comes back in full. The guarantee outranks the minimum term — you are not held to the term to get the refund.
- Your team
A different lead, on request.
The lead assigned to you is yours for the engagement — we don’t rotate staff between accounts. If the fit is wrong, ask. We reassign at no cost, with no second onboarding fee, and your term does not restart.
- Your price
No quiet price rises.
Any fee change comes with at least 45 days’ written notice. Prepaid annual rates stay locked for the whole term. If an increase doesn’t work for you, cancel before it takes effect — without penalty.
- Your exit
Three-month minimum. Then month to month.
After the initial term, cancel from inside your portal or with 30 days’ written notice — the portal cancellation is the notice. No exit fee, and you keep full access through the end of the cycle you’ve paid for.
