Build the back office small businesses deserve.
Six open roles across engineering, operations, delivery, sales, and design. Fully remote, anywhere in the United States.
Every small business runs a back office. Someone reconciles the bank feed, chases the unpaid invoice, files the new hire's paperwork, and remembers that the insurance renewal lands in March. At a company of fifteen people, that someone is usually the founder, at night.
DeskFlow takes it off them. Not with a tool they have to learn, and not by handing them a login — by running it. Real people doing the work, on a platform we build ourselves, with a promise that the books close by the 7th and nothing goes quietly wrong.
That combination is the interesting part. A pure software company can ship features nobody adopts. A pure services company hits a ceiling the moment it runs out of hours. We are building the thing in between, where the software exists to make the service better rather than to replace it.
Six seats worth taking.
Every role is full-time and remote within the United States.
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
EngineeringOwn the product surface end to end — the client portal, the automation layer, and the internal tooling our operations team runs on.
Back-Office Operations Associate
OperationsRun the day-to-day financial and administrative work for a portfolio of client businesses — books, payables, receivables, and the details nobody else is watching.
Implementation & Onboarding Specialist
Client DeliveryTake a new client from signed to fully running inside ten business days — systems connected, processes documented, nothing dropped in the handoff.
Account Executive
SalesOwn the full sales cycle for a service small businesses genuinely need but are wary of handing over — from first call to signed engagement.
Customer Success Manager
Client DeliveryBe the person our clients actually rely on — holding the relationship, catching problems early, and making sure the service is worth what it costs.
Product Designer
DesignDesign the product surface our clients and our own operations team live in — and hold the bar for how DeskFlow looks and reads everywhere.
What joining actually looks like.
Fully remote, genuinely
No office, no headquarters city, no hybrid policy that quietly favors whoever lives nearby. Everyone is remote and the company is built that way from the first hire.
Written by default
Decisions get written down. It is how a distributed team stays coherent, and it is also how our clients experience us, so we practice on ourselves.
Small, on purpose, for now
You would be joining a company small enough that your work is visible and your judgment is load-bearing. That is the appeal and the cost, and we would rather say so.
Honest about the stage
We are pre-seed. The pitch is not stability — it is scope, speed, and building something whose shape you get to influence before it hardens.
How we hire.
Published because you deserve to know what you are signing up for before you spend a weekend on it.
Application
You apply here. We read every application ourselves — no keyword filter stands between you and a human.
Intro conversation
A 30-minute call about your work and what we are building. Low ceremony. Bring questions, because this is the round where they are most useful.
Craft conversation
A deeper session on the actual work of the role — a code or design discussion, an operations scenario, a deal you have run. Not a whiteboard puzzle and not a take-home that eats your weekend.
Meet the team
Conversations with the people you would work beside every day, and time for you to interrogate us properly.
Offer
References, then a decision. If it is a no, we tell you promptly and directly rather than letting it fade out.
The things worth asking.
See something that fits?
Applications go straight to the people you would work with. We read all of them.
